Misspelled passenger details (name, birthdate, nationality) — is it a problem?

Minor errors in passenger information—such as small misspellings in the name or surname, gender or an incorrect nationality or birthdate—are generally not an issue, as we do not have the same strict passport control requirements as the aviation industry.

Please note, however, that if the name and surname have been entered in the wrong fields, you will need to use the name shown in the surname field in order to complete the online check-in process.
